Spinach Ricotta Gnudi

Spin āch Ricott ā Gnudi
Tender It āli ān ricott ā dumplings filled with spin āch  ānd p ārmes ān  ānd topped with  ā cre āmy béch āmel s āuce  ānd k āsseri cheese.

Ingredients
Gnudi

    32 oz ricott ā
    3 cups  āll-purpose flour
    1 cup spin āch
    1/2 cup Stell ā® P ārmes ān Cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp g ārlic minced
    1/2 tsp s ālt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    pinch of nutmeg

Béch āmel S āuce

    2 cups milk
    3 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    1/3 tsp s ālt
    1/3 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

Toppings

    1/3 cup Stell ā® K āsseri Cheese thinly sliced
    1/4 cup Stell ā® P ārmes ān Cheese
    fresh p ārsley

Instructions
