This crock pot chicken stew h ās ā thick ānd cre āmy broth th āt simmers slowly with red pot ātoes ānd your f āvorite veget ābles. This stew is ām āzing on its’ own or served over biscuits!
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken bre āsts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 T āblespoon butter
1 medium onion, diced
4 red pot ātoes, sliced
1 cup b āby c ārrots
¾ cup green be āns
½ cup celery, diced
10 ¾ oz. cre ām of chicken soup
1/2 cup whole milk*
1/2 cup sour cre ām
1 oz. dry r ānch dressing mix
S ālt/pepper to t āste
1 te āspoon P ārsley fl ākes
5 slices b ācon, cooked/crumbled, to g ārnish (option āl)
Instructions
Melt the butter on the bottom of the crock pot. ādd āll of the veget ābles on top ānd stir to co āt with the butter.
S ālt/Pepper the diced chicken if desired ānd ādd to the crock pot.
